With more than 25 years of international experience across Asia, North America and Europe, I have led global teams, developed international partnerships and worked with senior leaders across complex organizational environments.
My background spans international higher education, global strategy, communication, facilitation and executive coaching. I have supported leaders operating across Western and Asian contexts, including accompanying a Chinese group following the acquisition of a French organization, where differences in leadership culture, communication and decision-making needed to be navigated carefully during a period of transformation.
I have also worked with fast-growing international organizations operating across France and Africa, supporting founders, managers and multicultural teams through rapid growth, organizational complexity, leadership development and cross-functional collaboration between business and tech teams.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a TV host and MC for large-scale events, experiences that strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage presence under pressure and navigate complex group dynamics in real time.
